 laser Fraxel

The Fraxel laser is one of the most advanced treatments for safely and effectively rejuvenating the skin and treating imperfections. It acts within the deeper layers of the dermis, stimulating natural collagen production and repairing concerns such as wrinkles, pigmentation, melasma, scars and stretch marks without damaging the skin surface.

Thanks to its non-ablative fractional technology, Fraxel Dual targets only specific areas, accelerating recovery and delivering visible results with minimal downtime. It is an ideal treatment for those seeking firmer, more even and more radiant skin.

What does Fraxel Dual laser treatment involve?

The treatment is customised by selecting the treatment parameters required to target the superficial, intermediate and deeper layers of the skin according to each patient’s needs.

The Fraxel Dual laser works fractionally, creating microscopic treatment columns within the skin (epidermis and dermis) while leaving the tissue between them intact. The tissue within these columns is therefore renewed, producing a renewed dermis with new collagen and a healthier, better-nourished epidermis, supported by the surrounding healthy tissue, which promotes the repair process.

This is a natural process carried out by the body, replacing damaged collagen with new, healthy and radiant skin.

When is Fraxel Dual laser treatment indicated?

Fraxel laser for wrinkles and expression lines

It stimulates collagen production, improving firmness and visibly reducing fine to moderate wrinkles on the face, neck and décolletage. Learn more about how to reduce expression lines here with Fraxel.

Improved skin radiance and tone

Fraxel Dual restores vitality to dull skin, evening the skin tone and restoring a fresh, radiant appearance. Learn more about how to restore skin radiance here with Fraxel.

Reduction of enlarged pores

Fraxel Dual laser treatment for enlarged or dilated pores reduces pore size and regulates sebaceous gland function and sebum production, helping to minimise the visible pore opening. Learn more about how to reduce enlarged pores here with Fraxel.

Treatment of melasma and sun spots

Fraxel Dual targets uneven pigmentation such as melasma, age spots and sun damage, helping to lighten pigmentation and even the skin tone. Learn more about Fraxel laser treatment for melasma here.

Acne scars and other scars

Fraxel is highly effective at smoothing atrophic (depressed) acne scars, as well as other superficial or surgical scars. Learn more about Fraxel laser treatment for scars here.

Stretch marks

The Fraxel Dual laser improves the texture and colour of stretch marks by stimulating skin regeneration and making them less visible. Learn more about Fraxel laser treatment for stretch marks here.

Results

The results are cumulative, with progressive improvement after each session. Once the course of treatment has been completed, the skin continues to improve over the following 3–6 months as new cells continue to produce collagen.

The duration of the results following Fraxel Dual laser treatment depends on each person’s lifestyle, age, skin condition and skincare routine.
