Cellulite is one of the most common aesthetic concerns and can occur even in slim people or those with healthy habits. It commonly affects the thighs, buttocks, abdomen or arms, causing uneven skin texture, an orange-peel appearance, fluid retention and loss of firmness.
Non-surgical treatments to reduce cellulite
Not all cellulite is the same or responds to the same treatment. This is why, before starting any protocol, we carry out a medical assessment to determine whether fluid retention, localised fat, skin laxity or tissue fibrosis predominates.
Depending on each case, at Ribe Clinic we can combine technologies and medical treatments such as Velashape III, Exilis, carboxytherapy and mesotherapy with lipolytic agents, with the aim of improving skin texture, promoting drainage, reducing volume and reshaping the treated area.
Velashape III
Velashape III is one of the best options when cellulite is accompanied by localised fat, fluid retention or unevenness visible on the skin. Its technology combines radiofrequency, infrared energy, vacuum and mechanical massage to help reshape the silhouette, improve firmness and smooth the orange-peel appearance.
It is a non-invasive, non-surgical cellulite treatment with immediate recovery, including for areas such as the legs and buttocks.
Exilis
This technology delivers radiofrequency and ultrasound simultaneously and helps to reshape the silhouette, improve firmness and smooth the orange-peel appearance.
Carboxytherapy
Carboxytherapy involves injecting carbon dioxide (CO2) subcutaneously with a fine needle, accompanied by massage. The result is improved blood flow and mobilisation of fat that has accumulated in the tissue, which noticeably improves the appearance of the skin and reduces volume and heaviness in the legs.
Mesotherapy
It involves subcutaneous injections of products that act on accumulated fat and retained fluid. It is recommended particularly in cases of microcirculatory problems and diffuse cellulite.

Why choose Ribe Clinic for cellulite treatment?
At Ribe Clinic, we approach cellulite from a personalised medical perspective. Before recommending a treatment, we assess the type of cellulite, skin quality, the presence of localised fat, fluid retention and each patient’s goals.
We offer different options for treating cellulite, including Velashape III, Exilis, carboxytherapy and mesotherapy with lipolytic agents. This allows us to tailor the protocol to each case and combine techniques when necessary to improve skin texture and body contours.
Our aim is not to apply a standard treatment, but to design a realistic and progressive plan to achieve smoother, firmer and more even-looking skin. Each protocol is adjusted to the treated area, the patient’s progress and the tissue response.
At Ribe Clinic, we also combine experience, medical technology and professional follow-up to provide safe, personalised treatment focused on natural-looking results.
